Stock Airbox Not Sealed Right

So I was putting in my new k&n air filter and I noticed that my bottom tube was not sealed nice and tight. The foam around the tube is shot, I'm wondering if I should really check into this or if it's okay. Any suggestions for a replacement for the shot foam??

That tube is for the big resonator that most of us take out any way. Dont worry about it. It won't hurt anything.
