Taillight Bulb Melted, Be Careful when Replacing Them.

So I was going for an inspection so I always have my father or someone help me check all the lights. Well the taillight on the trunk was out. Well one of them as there is 3 bulbs on that section.
Well I guess it got put back in improperly. Probably did not notice there is a notch for it to fit a certain way, if you put it backwards it doesn't stay in. Well when the trunk got closed it popped the mount out of the hole. I wanted to be sure it was fine as I think he only tweaked it a little or something.
Anyways I check it again and notice it is out again. I go in trunk to see the what's up, the mount is out of the spot it should be in.

One of the end bulbs actually had a hole in it. And it melted the plastic casing on part of the trunk lid. Must have been when I was at a traffic light, because the bulb in question also has a hole in the side of it.

So be careful when replacing the trunk tail light bulbs. It has to go in a certain way.
