A/C blows from bottom
I turn the air on and it blows from the bottom and not the vents.

I have it set for the vents and it blows from the bottom. It did blow from the vents ok then one day it stated coming from the bottom.

The HVAC unit has three motors all activated by the HVAC control mudule. It is all electric unlike Ford which still uses vacuum plungers. So either the trap door motor jumped a cog and is kinda stuck or one of the motor drivers on the module has a bad connection. Here is the diagram that better explains how it works.
