Leaky Factory Headlights...warranty Issue?

My 2010 coupe is still under bumper-to-bumper, and the headlights leak if it rains and basically hold moisture in all the time just from the dew forming in them every night. Anyone else have this issue? Is there an easy fix for this, or can I get the dealer to replace them under warranty? It's the only thing wrong with the car and I've had no other problems, ever.

James

2010 Cobalt LT Coupe, 2.2 LAP, Auto, bright white, 13k miles, no mods except removal of side trim strips....coming soon: window tint, full front end bra, new alloys, possibly a spoiler, upgraded headlights, and would like to lower it about 2 inches.

Good evening James,
Given that this is not a maintenance issue, if your dealership looks at the vehicle and determines that there is a defect in the materials or workmanship of the headlights the repair should be covered. If you would like assistance in setting up an appointment, or wish for me to get involved during the process for whatever reason, please get in touch with me via private message (include the last 8 digits of your VIN).
Best,
Sarah

For those of you who had them replaced, has the problem recurred?
