They take a special tourque wrench for the nut that fastens the sensor to the rim. Other than that you can do it yourself if the tire is already off. I've installed probably 50 of them and none has taken longer than 3 mins with the tire already off. If the tire is still on the rim do what the others have said and just go to a tire shop, much easier in this case
