I have plenty of ideas, might need a friend to help out though. Did you remove the headlamp assembly completely to change the bulb? If so one of the connector pins might have pushed out. Bulb is 9007 just in case. If everything is fine there with car off jumper from boost post to low beam fuse (little metal tab on top. This will test path to ground and verify;bulb to ground, filament, fuse and wire feed to low beam.

one side of the wire to the booster pillar, the other side to the fuse (theres two small exposed spots on top of the fuse, use that as a contact point)

It SHOULD turn on the lights, but when we hear back from you it will be easier to proceed.
Does the DRL light work as well? Try this same thing with that fuse as well.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

Try not to touch any other fuses than the 5 headlamp fuses. They are all red 10 amp fuses.

---------- Post added at 05:35 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:18 PM ----------

Have somebody stand in front, to check if your lights work. The "DRL" fuse will light both amber lights at same time on 05-06. Both low beams on 07up. 4 other fuses light each filament individually. They are clearly marked on bottom of cover.

Here just to be safe...

Be careful with the tip of that wire it has unfused B+.

To help you anymore I'd have to fly down.
