Runs Rough

I've been noticing this problem intermittedly. I've done multiple searches, changed the idler pully and even checked everything else on the belt. But my car does sound like a diesel something when it's running and i'm not sure what it could be. I have an 07 ss/sc no mods. any ideas?

Is the noise coming from the valvetrain or the blower?

Or timing chain cover?
