Slow Power Windows.

I've noticed this since I've had my car. My power windows are really slow, they probably go up and down half as fast as they should. I have a 2 door, 2005 LS. Unless I was given 2 bad motors, what else could it be. I haven't had any electrical power trouble, and my battery is the original one from GM. Thanks

Lubrication of the rails. Grease has dried up. Just need to clean and relubricate. Once you have it apart you will see where it is needed.

They lubricate thembut the grease dries out with time. The change is so gradual that you think it's normal until you see somebody else's go up and down real quick.

I guess you have to pull the inner door trim to do that....
What type of grease would you use to lub the rails...
