Radio Won't Turn on

Hey everyone, yesterday I decided I would put my kenwood radio I had in my Cobalt and install it in my Caliber so I bought the stock to aftermarket harness, single din adaptor and antenna adaptor.

Matched the harness wire with radio harness wire, plugged in antenna adaptor. Result: radio eject and run CD(without sound) but radio won't turn on. So I checked all wire to see if there was a bad connection, tryied wiring ANT CONT with blue wire, nothing happen. Tryied back stock radio to see if everything works and it works. So my guess is that red wire don't have power to it.

I remember that in my Cobalt audio setup this wire was wired with a blue wire under the steering wheel, with the amp.

Any idea on where I should connect this red power wire without screwing something up? Is the blue wire power wire on every car? I know that this isn't really a "Cobalt" question, but I guess an audio setup is an setup and won't change much from car to other. Here is some picture I took maybe you can see something wrong in it:
