Fuel Pump Issues Please Help.

its a 2008 cobalt 2.2L. the fuel pump does not kick on. i turn the car to on,and get no power to the fuel pump fuse in the fuse box under the hood, but i do to the fuel pump relay. i have swapped the fuel pump relay with 4 exact others no change. any other suggestions on where to go and why doesnt the fuse get power? i dont think the fuel pump is shot and its to much money to waste i want to be 100% theres no electrical problems with this car, before i think about buying a pump. PLEASE HELP.

Did you pull the fuel pump fuse or just checked it with a light or meter?

Did you try jumping the pump to see if you hear it run.

Maybe this is the same problem as the last guy. Are you positive you put the fuse back in the correct slots?

The relay powers the fuse. The only thing that I know that would stop the fuel pump relay is the theft deterrent module. If you also have no power at ignition fuse that would be my guess.

Since we didn't get more info on this we can't diagnose by guessing though.

But yeah make sure fuel pump fuse is in the right spot.
