Check Engine Light

I have a 2008 Chevy Cobalt Sport and I have been having issues with CEL coming on and throwing a code relating to a leak in the EVAP system. Ok, so three weeks ago, put my car on a "smoke" test ( never heard of such thing before), but they didn't find a leak. Go figure! So, replaced the fuel cap and reset the code, and today the CEL comes back on. HELP!! I love my Cobalt, but the CEL thing really stresses me out.

What was the code? P0452? The most likely cause is the purge solenoid not closing tight...but the code would help me narrow it down for sure.

Good morning April's Cobalt,

Did you get this checked out with your dealership, or was this at an independent shop? If it was with a dealership and you would like for me to check into this further please let me know! I'm happy to help in any way that I can.
