Need Help....engine Replaced and No Spark

recently replaced my engine with a good junkyard motor that i know ran fine...after installing the new engine the vehicle will feed fuel through the fuel rail but will not start...i took the old crank position sensor out of the old motor and switched it plugs were installed with new coil pack and ignition module....

vehicle is getting very low spark...on the end of the plug the spark is so faint its yellow and usually with good spark these engines are a very blue colored spark

and help would be greatly appreciated.....also this isnt the first engine ive put in these cars but never had this problem...

But you shouldn't have to do a re-learn if you didn't change any of the computer modules (ECM, TCM, BCM, ABS, TDM)
