Just checking, this is how you did it right?
1 Turn off your Chevrolet Cobalt and prop open the hood with the hood support rod.
2 Remove the two 10mm bolts on top of the headlight assembly.
3 Pull the headlight assembly toward you, away from the engine compartment, until you can see the wiring harness. Disconnect the wiring harness and fully remove the headlight assembly from the front end of the Chevrolet Cobalt.
4 Connect the wiring harness to the rear of the halo headlight assembly and set the halo headlight assembly on the headlight mounting bracket. Secure the halo headlights with the two 10mm bolts you removed earlier.
5 Repeat the previous procedures for the headlight on the other side of the front end of the Chevrolet Cobalt.
Now check to make sure that the fuse is still ok. It's in the engine compartment fuse box it is the red mini fuse just above the one circled here (next to the word omron) http://i1107.photobucket.com/albums/...elpumpfuse.jpg you can thank Coby7 for the image.

Try turning the option of "lights off" in the dash panel.
