Almost Stalling

first off i have an 05 balt 4-door auto and when i slow down like coming to a stop sign my rpms drop to below 500 and my lights dim and the car almost stalls and the belt squils bad then about a second or two later it goes back to about 750 then drops repeatedly but only about ever other trip and when its running fine at an idle it still squils, i have a new battery and alternator all new belts. could it be a pully? and also i was hand breaking it some and put flat spots on my tires and got new ones but now my abs kicks in when i hit my breaks and the lights dim? it has 205/55/16 on the front and 215/50/16 on the back

Engine wanting to stall is a dirty throttle body.
Squealing is your tensionner pulley.
ABS light coming on is because you have different size tires.
