Brake Light

Ok here is the deal my girl just bought a 07 cobalt sedan and the passanger brake light does not work its when lights are on its on but when brake is pushed it does not get brighter. I changed the bulb and fuse #9 inside vehicle. Both are fine blinker does not work on front passanger side either. It has came on flashing fast but does bot work most the time. Any ideas?

Your rear bulb socket is probably bad. You might be able to fix it, if not you will need to replace it. Brake and blinker use the same filament in the bulb therefore same contact. Signal comes from "BCM"
