WHERE is the Downstream 02 Sensor Located?

Hello, I'm looking to replace the downstream o2 sensor on my 05 Cobalt 2.2 and I can't find anything on the internet as far as the whereabouts of it's location. Is it accessible under the passengers seat? Any help will be great. Thanks

Make sure you go with factory replacement, it's a bit more expensive but the bosch ones tend to crap out quickly or have problems.
