Door Locks Problem.

Hey guys. I'm a new member here in yourcobalt.com, and I would like from you guys figure out my problem in my Cobalt 06 LS sedan.

My door locks it's working when I use the keyless, it's unlock and lock all the doors, but when I use the buttons inside the car it's not working at all, neither the driver side or the passenger side, although, the lights of the buttons still working. So I don't know what the problem is?

My keyless now it's broken, and I bought a new keyless, but unfortunately I can't program it, because the door locks it's not working.

Sorry guys if don't understand me, English is my second language. Thank you for your help

Welcome to the forum, Charger857.
Hopefully some of the technically savvy members of the forum will be here soon to help you figure out what's happening with your key fob and door locks. I'm limited in my ability to help troubleshoot, but if you wanted any assistance with working with a dealership or had questions about warranty/recall information, I'm happy to help!

Door lock switches in the Cobalt do go bad. If the doors lock when you put the car in drive your BCM works fine. Just need to replace the switches. To repair your key FOB follow these instructions.

Bring it to a local key FOB repair shop if you don't have the tools or mail it in to me and I will fix it for you.
