Trunk Button

My trunk switch doent open the trunk anymore. It still opens if you use the remote button tho. Is there a fuse i should look for that uses the trunk? If so whats it called? Also, is there a way to get inside my trunk from the inside of the car?

Thanks,
-cory

not sure on the fuse idea, you could just check all your fuses to see if there is one blown, you cant get into the trunk from inside the car because the seat release levers are in the trunk. If you pop your trunk you'll see two plastic tabs under the rear deck, pull them and you'll unclip the backseats and then you can just fold them down.

Yeah doubt if it's a fuse but that trunk switch has been known to fail. Easy to replace, everything just snaps together.

That's half the switch in the panel and the other half is still in the connector. Your new switch should look like the one I showed you earlier.
