Electrial Problem

I cant use my key fob to unlock my doors, but the panic and trunk unlock work...

also I cannot use the unlock feature in the car, i have to literally pick up the lock and unlock it

2006 cobalt ss le5 boosted/ 57trim t3/t4 turbo (ebay FTW!) zzp exhaust mani, zzp 2bar map, tial wastegate, tial bov, ebay diy piping/ic , excedy 3 puck clutch, h&r springs, 2.5 inch custom exhaust cat deleted from dp, open dump, cf hood, flat black everything!, trifecta tuned…just getting started...

I think you have 2 separate problems. 1 the carbon is wore of the back of your unlock key FOB pad button. https://www.yourcobalt.com/forums/ele...r-key-fob.html and 2 you have a bad unlock switch drivers door. Try unlocking passenger door with passenger side door unlock switch to see if it works.
