Vehicle Inspection. Discoloration. Issue?

So I was tinkering around with the car and pulled the fuel rail to look at my injectors and was going to pull the valve cover to paint it... In the process I pulled out the coil packs and noticed the 2 center ports have a copper coloring to the walls. Does this indicate any troubles ahead or in the now? I am assuming so, since the outside 2 look nice and new.

Thanks. I hope so. I keep finding surprisses around each corner with this one.

Heat and oil will discolor engine parts.
