Exclamation Po 452 Code ?

Okay so hey guys its been a while since I've been on but I've ran into an issue lately. My cars cel came on the other day and since I work at advance I checked it on break. Long story short it came up as a po452. I researched a bit and figured out its fuel tank pressure sensor circuit low voltage. Where is this sensor located? I noticed there are 3 wires underneath the gas tank that have been snipped. Could this be the problem? Thanks so much.

Who snipped the wires? Make sense if it's the wires to the evap canister pressure sensor. Should be 3 wires.
