Rear Windows Problems

Hi I just bought my first cobalt yesterday it is a 2008 chevy cobalt LT. The front windows which are power windows work, however the back windows do not work. I have checked the fuses and they all seem in good condition. I have also put the key in the ignition and turn it before the motor turns over. I looked at the dome light while pressing the rear window button and the light did not dim. I am not sure if I am missing a child safety lock or something electrical. Please help!!

There is a child safety lock out switch on the drivers door.

Even if the child safety lock is on. You're still able to roll down the back windows with the drivers side controls.
