Switching Oil on High Mileage?

I have a 2006 with the 2.2 and it has 219,XXX miles on it an i have not had any problems using Castrol GTX. Just the other day I noticed my oil being low. I'm due for a oil change, I have never used a high mileage oil, try it or just stick with normal Castrol GTX like I have been doing?

That is a toss up. But high mileage oil would not be a bad idea provide you stick Castrol.
