Multiple Engine Misfire After B-12 Cleaning!

step by step on what i did

Been having an annoying cyl2 misfire every now and then so i decided to do some valve cleaninng last weekend.
(I decided to clean my valves due to my plugs are new, ignition coil, and fuel injectors.but i still get random cyl 2 misfires).

So step by step i bought 5 cans of b-12, and csrb cleaner.
I removed the plugs injectors and tb.
I made sure the valves are closed. I put b-12 through intake hole, and let sit for 10mins. I left the injectors standing in a bowl of b-12. I put everything bak now im getting random misfires p0300. Did i mess up the injectors by leaving it in a bowl of b-12?? I left just the bottom part of the injector dipped in b-12.
Did i mess up the injectors???
