Rattlign Issues with Intermediate Shaft in Steering Linkage

I have a rattling sound coming from my steering linkage and it looks like one of the joints might be loose. Is there any way to tighten it or is it covered under warranty? Possibly a recall? Any info would be great.

You will need to replace the intermediate shaft. No recall that I know of, but might be covered under extended warranty.

Hi Rocketman

If you send me your VIN and current mileage I would be glad to look up any recalls or warranty information that might apply to this situation. Just send me a private message and I can look this up for you.
