Running Lean After Alternator Install

Replaced alternator today and in that process had to move pcv valve and it cracked at intake, hose was brittle, replaced hose with piece in garage, check engine light came on a few hours later, had it checked at autozone and it is now running lean...and suggestions? Im thinking the replaced PCV is not doing the job?

Yep, you have an intake leak. Find it, seal it.
