Steering Wheel Dic Control Problems

On my LS the dic control buttons have stopped working correctly. What i mean is that they will swap functions. The top and bottom buttons swap functions, except the top button does nothing. Lol, i know it sounds crazy, but anyone else experience this?
I unhooked battery for 10 min and re connected but still acting up.

bump, anyone?
I've been reading up on it. Could it be the clock spring? I've heard of people breaking it while replacing the steering wheel. I've never taken mine off. Can the clock spring just break/fail?
Any help is appreciated. I can't reset any of the functions as it is.

Nothing on that switch^panel would work if it was the clock spring.

Most likely the switch itself is wore out or received cola splatter or juice.

You might need to replace the switch.
