Question Drivers Side Leaking and Electrical Glitches

Need help -

I have leaking only when it rains on the drivers side where the hood release is - it also does it when it snows but i usually dont notice until i start driving and water pours onto my foot!
Also recently the drivers side locking buttons dont work - passenger does - and while driving my doors will randomly lock and unlock!

Does your car have a sunroof? I'm not sure where but I know sunroofs have a drain, that could be what is leaking.

Sounds like the lock/locks got wet. You'll probably need a new switch

Yes i do have a sunroof ... i also had a lady back into my drivers side she hit right behind the front drivers side tire and partially where my door is could that be why it is leaking like she cracked some kind of drain or something?

It might have unhooked a hose in the impact.

Unfortunately the sunroof drain is on the passenger side but it doesn't mean you should dismiss the possibility that it isn't disconnected at the roof rail and trickling to the drivers side.
