Chirping from Driver Side Front?

I drive a 2009 Chevy Cobalt LT Sedan Automatic, and it currently has around 50,000 miles on it. Around the middle of October the bearings wore out in the front, so I got them replaced. While I am not sure if that is relevant to the situation or not, within the last month the driver side front has began making a chirping noise. It isnt consistent with anything at all. It stops when its off, sometimes it doesnt even happen during an entire day, happens when I go slow or fast, bumping or smooth road (relatively smooth).

Tap my change. Took it to a shop and they told me it could be rust rotors, but I really dont believe that is the issue.

While I cant drive you around to show you the noise i did record it with my phone in my car as i drove at 55 with cruise control on. Yeah this is a video with windows desktop images to it because windows movie maker forced me to have images.

Noise starts around 11 seconds,

That sounds like your coil spring rubber seat has split and spring is rubbing metal to metal on the bottom part of the strut. If you want to know for sure just spray some lubricant at the bottom of the spring. It will cure it for a while until salt gets at it and it rusts again. Cure would be to replace it but a bit expensive just to get rid of a squeak. Went comes time to replace strut or spring make sure you replace these.
