1st Post.problem the Dealer Couldn't Fix It

hi guys

im posting this problem for my friend ... i don't own a cobalt but im trying to help her

this problem appear intermittent
.first the car start to run like on 3 spark plugs
.then voice from the transmission like slipping gears
.then the power steering light turn on in the dash
and to restart the system so the car get back to normal
she had to stop, turn off the car take the key out for 5\6 seconds and start it again

the dealer scan it and couldn't fix anything ,she regret going to them
and she tried more then 3 mechanics no one understand the problem
she is telling me "there is a ghost in this car "
its automatic
i'll try to go around with it today maybe i can add more information about it

thanks guys maybe someone got this problem before ..it never happened to me either

Pull both small plugs on the BCM (P1 & P2) work them in and out several times to clean the contacts then plug everything back in. Disconnect battery first. Also might want to replace ECM/TCM fuse 25 (10 amp (red)) whether it's good or bad in BCM.
