Question Block Heater 2010 Cobalt

I live in Winnipeg, Canada & purchased a 2010 Cobalt LT in spring. I have looked everywhere for a block heater cord with no luck. Does anyone know where I should look for this I thought here in Canada all vehicles came with block heaters. Does anybody know here in Canada if they come with block heaters or is that an extra option.
Thanks

My 2006 pontiac pursuit that i purchased used in 2007 has a block heater and the cord is behind the passenger side headlight.
I know that with most car manufacturers, a block heater is an option so it is possible yours does not have one.
If its as cold in ' Winterpeg' as it is in Ottawa then I know your car is hurting right now! Good luck

Got the same Canadian spec G5 Pursuit. It would be comparable to an LS, and she does indeed have an engine block heater. Look behind the passenger headlamp as mentioned. Sometimes it will fall between the rad and intake piping. Happy hunting.

Thanks for the information but I have tried the search and nothing is coming up for chevcustomerservice. I also tried chevycustomerservice. No luck. Do I need an upgraded membership for this service?
Thanks

Yes it is, they seem to come and go lately, but rarely here on weekends. All Canadian cars should come with block heaters( especially western provinces) and side view mirror defrost.

Look up your RPO list for K03. That is block heater 110 Volts. K05 just says block heater so I don't really know about that code.

RPO list is under trunk mat left of spare tire.
