I don't think you need to do a throttle relearn, it will on it's own in the first 20 mins of operation. Here is the GM procedure from service manual.

Throttle Body Assembly Replacement
Removal Procedure
Caution: Do not use solvent of any type when cleaning the gasket surfaces on the intake manifold and the throttle body assembly, as damage to the gasket surfaces and throttle body assembly may result.
Use care in cleaning the gasket surfaces on the intake manifold and the throttle body assembly, as sharp tools may damage the gasket surfaces.
Caution: Do not use any solvent that contains Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK). This solvent may damage fuel system components.

Remove the charge air cooler outlet pipe. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the electronic throttle control (ETC).
Remove the throttle body bolts.
Remove the throttle body and seal from the intake manifold.

Installation Procedure

Inspect the throttle body seal, and replace if necessary.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.
Position the throttle body to the intake manifold.
Install the throttle body bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the ETC.
Install the charge air cooler outlet pipe.

update

so i bought new throttle body, 250$ and got my mechanic to throw it on for 20$, and so far so good!fingers crossed!i tore open the old trottle bodies plastic case to expose the two plastic gears inside, cause i read alot of times as the teeth on the gears r plastic they can break off or wear down causing the butter fly to not open/ close to specs. but gears were like new so not the issue.lets hope it was a bad sensor in throttle body!
