Dome Lamp Cover Issue

Hi! It certainly has been awhile. No real excuse, just haven't gotten around to log back on. Anyways, I got a bit of an issue, it seem the cover for my dome light has fallen off, never really noticed it untill i burned the hell out of my hand when i accidentally touched the bulb while turning it off. The fixture itself seems to have been pushed in slightly and try as I might, I cannot jimmy it back into place. Much to my frustration Has anyone ran into this before?

My whole dome light piece came off of that's what you're talking about. I couldn't get it to sit in there right unless I turned the whole fixture like I was tightening it. It is tight now but it's crooked

Theres a certain way to reinstall it. I got a headache from mine. Lol. U put the front n back clips in first n then u squeeze the two prongs in second gently with ur fingers while pulling it down at the same time. If i recall correctly. Mines been good so far but annoyed me when it wouldnt go back in.
