Replaced Wiper Motor and Transmission. Now Blades Stop in the Up Position.

Title says it all. It broke the transmission away from the motor without stripping it luckily. I then adjusted the blades so that they wouldn't bottom out. But they stop in the up position.

2008 Cobalt Sport

Where i live it means i'm gonna get a 10 day to fix it in the next week. Besides it looks ghetto.

Any ideas?
