Steering Wheel Vibration

I recently had my tires rotated and balanced, rotors turned, and new brake pads installed, Yet I am still feeling vibrations in my steering wheel at speeds of 55-60 only. What could this be?

A bad wheel bearing? Jack up the car and pull and push on the wheel. If there's movement you may have a bad bearing.

Bent wheel? Don't know how it is by you but the potholes here this year have been remarkable and could damage a wheel.

first thing I would do is go back and ask them to double check the balance, and ask them if the wheels are bent too.

my experience is that about half the time they mess up balance on at least one wheel. this is from a variety of places, dealers, firestone, goodyear, they all seem to put the junior mechanic on the job, and sometimes they get distracted, or just mess up.

you paid for a wheel balance, they should run true. (or the shop should tell you what is wrong)

Free advice is worth what you pay for it (sometimes)
