Part Falling Out of My Car...?

Hi! So I Don't know much about cars... but my 2005 cobalt has been acting really strange in the past few days, and today I noticed a big piece of the car seems to be out of place and/or falling off of the car. Does anyone know what the piece is? I'm attaching a picture. The view is taken from the front of the car.

Air conditioning condenser. Probably just a mounting bracket fell off.

Bolt either fell out or off...should go in the slot on end. Slide under the area, assess where it mounts and fix 'er up.
