Bumper Cover to Body Panel Gaps

Can anyone help me with a solution to the gaps I am starting to see between my bumper cover and body panel? I drive a 2008 sedan and I stated noticing some pretty big gaps on one side. Also the front bumper doesn't seem to line real well. I did have a wreak and the bumper cover was replaced on the front. Also it seems like the paint has a different way of reflecting light on the bumper leaving the impression the bumper cover is not the same color.

That's pretty much all in the paint job, mine was just redone and to do it properly they had to repaint both the hood and fenders as well to have it match up. As for the bigger gaps I'm not sure exactly how that could happen because the bumper edges would have to be pulled out before they can move down normally.
