If your blowing the parking lights fuse, you probably have or had a wire touching some where it shouldn't have been. This happened with me before, during the same process. I was wiring my halos and LEDs and didn't disconnect the battery like I should have. Since you replaced the fuse with a 25 amp fuse you may have already done the damage. It could be something as simple as chaffing or broken wire, or I could be something like you have blown the lights in the cluster, or damaged/fired the portion of the "motherboard" in the cluster that controls those lights....
