Is This the Right Exhaust Part?

2008 Cobalt LT

I've got an exhaust leak at the flex pipe area (between the manifold and catalytic converter). Unfortunately, this part isn't separate and I don't have a welder, so I need the whole assembly, which includes cats.

Is this ebay part the right part I need?

Should be buy why not just have a new flex pipe welded in for less at an exhaust shop.

I'm having trouble finding a shop nearby that does welding like that. Last time I needed exhaust work down I had to travel a bit too far. Would a universal flex pipe from Autozone or something work?
