Passenger Side Door Lock Acting Odd

Hey all, 2007 Cobalt LT 100k miles here. My passenger door power lock randomly won't unlock (and sometimes won't lock) with the fob, I can always lock/unlock manually and with the buttons inside. My fob is working, and the lock jumps as if it is trying to unlock, it just doesn't move up. It's almost as if it is stuck on something, but I have not moved or taken apart anything and nothing appears out of place. I recently changed the power lock fuse in case is was going bad, that did not help.

Any ideas as to what is causing this? It is super annoying.

Door lock actuator. Either it needs lubrication or it needs to be replaced.
