What Are Symptoms of a Bad Fuel Filter?

I was just wondering what are some symptoms of a bad fuel filter and at what intervals should you change them? What is the best brand for replacement? Which 3/8 fuel line remover is the best?

bogging under load or high RPM. hard to start. Just feels sluggish.. Maybe a check engine light due to missfires.

Interval? I try to do it over other year... Same as my e-test.

Best 3/8 fuel line remover? the cheapest one you can find unless your are a mechanic and use it every day..

I replace mine often (every 2 years) so I use the cheapest I can find. I rather change the filter often and use a cheap one then leave an expensive filter for too long.

If you want the best quality, use AC-Delco..
