Fuel Leak Issue...Recall?

For the last two days I have smelled a very subtle gas smell occasionally around my car. I checked for leaks underneath each time the smell appeared, but found nothing. Then today, I noticed the car had to crank for a very long time before starting, which made me think fuel line. This evening, however, when I got home I smelled gasoline very strongly. When I looked under the car this time, I found a fuel leak in front of the right rear wheel, dripping from near the jack point. Does this sound like the fuel pump recall issue, or just a crusty fuel line that broke? Any ideas? Thanks!

I have a crusty fuel line that broke there, so that's my guess being this thread is older did you repair it?
