What to Replace Next? (155,000 KM/96,000 Miles)

So i'm on some kind of an ego high after I successfully serviced my transmission & then replaced my front lower control arms! Car seems to be driving awesome now, transmission is smooth as silk and no whiplash-inducing thunks coming from the front end.

What else should I be thinking of replacing with my current mileage? I'm thinking of things that would maximize fuel economy, e.g. spark plugs, fuel pump, etc.

Edit: Maybe wrong forum, mods please move or delete.

Any issues? If not I really wouldn't worry. I'm sure you have some small sound you can hear that shouldn't be there.

Spark plugs are due, as is your timing chain and tensioner.
