Coolant Capacity

hey guys, i plan on doing a coolant flush on a 2008 cobalt LT 2.2 what type of coolant should i get? (color etc,) and how much coolant is needed for the whole system? i live in California valley...never snows where i live...but gets hot 105 during the summer and 36ish degrees during the winter nights. also our cobalts'...do they have a coolant bleed built-in the radiator? or will i have to remove a hose to drain.

thank you
