05 Cobalt Cruise Control Bulb

Hello,

I've searched the forums here and couldn't find anything as to what I'm looking for. I'm having a problem with the cruise control light on the res/set switch side. The bulb is blown. The switch works fine, just the bulb is blown. I can't seem to find a place to buy just the bulb. It is removable from the switch itself, it has a brown base with a blue colored bulb in it. It's about 1/4" in length. Since I'm new to the forums, I don't know if it will let me post a picture, but I would be willing to try later when I get home if I need to.

Any information as to the identification of this bulb and where to buy one from would be appreciated.

Blue cruise control light? Huh, I thought they were all amber. Is your cruise control factory, or aftermarket?

I can't seem to find specifics on the LED, but AutoZone sells entire switches, which would probably be easier to replace anyway: http://www.autozone.com/1/categories...ntrol-switches

It should let you post an image regardless of post count. Just use the IMG tag with the url inside the tags.

Yeah original has a bulb with a blue condom over it so the icons look whiter. I would just solder in a 3mm 12 volt LED if I were you. 3mm White with diffused lens
