Question 2010 Cobalt Dash Gauge / Tachometer

2010 cobalt 20k when trying to reset oil percentage readout all of the gauges went blank. They finally came back on was able to reset them they seem to work fine. But now the tachometer does not work stays at zero. I have changed and check most of the fuses.I'm at a loss and what the check next. engine seems to run fine speedometer works fine other gauges and readouts seem Ok. i'm open for suggestions, is there a way that I can check to see if I'm getting proper voltage to the tachometer? Can I just to check The tack to see if that's working properly so I can tell if it's the signal going to the tec for the tech itself.

any help would be appreciated thank you
