Wiring Promblem

Hey I bought a 2006 cobalt LT and am making a race out of it. I striped all the inside and cut all the wires goin to the speaker, air bag, lights, radio , heater, so all that was left was fuel pump, battery, and the tack. now when I try to start the car she will start to turn over but wont start? There is power goin to the fuel pump so that wasn't it. Don't know if the car is programed where if something is unplugged she wont start or if I cut a wrong wire.

You will get a bunch of codes but it should run unless you accidentally cut the GMLan wire interconnecting the Theft deterrent module. That would be a dark green wire that loops through the radio connector.
