Leak Coming from the Dash on the Passenger Side

I have a leak coming from the dashboard on the passenger side, it looks like it is water because doesn't have a smell, it's not cold or hot and doesn't have any color. It hasn't rain in months and the last time I washed the car was like two weeks ago. I checked the drain to see if it's clogged and nope it's not. Any idea what might be the problem?

some one can correct me if I am wrong but when I changed my heater core I noticed that the bottom of what I think is called the hvac unit has channels for the ac and heater core to drain out by the fire wall the only reason I can think of for the leak into the cab like that is maybe the plastic bottom has a crack or bad seal and the condensation from the ac or the heater core itself is leaking onto the floor..
