Water Leak Under Dash, Behind Glove Box

Anyone know if this leak, which is dripping from the bottom of the blower motor housing, is caused by a clogged ac drain tube or something else? I mean, is a clogged drain tube a common problem with my car (2010 LT cobalt)?

If so, whats the best way to unclog that tube? Do I have to jack up the car? Bleach solution?

Thanks

My 07 had this problem, I used a pipe cleaner and stuck it in the drain a few times. Warning do not stand under or you'll get a shower. I heard pressurized air also work but never tried that method yet.

I think I might have to do this soon as well... noticed a little water in my floor mat the one day but haven't noticed any since.. maybe something just got spilled in there
