my blower motor is not working i have replaced the motor i have replaced the resistor connector ive replaced the 10a fuse in the cabin and im planning on replacing the other fuses but under the hood theres a fuse box n im not sure which one goes the the blower motor its just a couple of them say fans but i think some go to the radiator...if im forgetting something to check help me out.I also took a dmm to the wires going to the blower motor but it read 8 volts but it wasnt a solid 8 it would jump around. any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Broken ground wire maybe. This problem has been delt with on here before but I can<t remember where the ground is, but I believe it's under the driver's seat. G203
